Feb 2024: Lease Signed! Location: Near Frederick Airport. Thanks so much to Justin at VCRE (for almost a year, he worked around swim lesson schedules and listening to what we need in a location. If you have seen me on a phone call, it was likely with him)

March 18, 2024: SBA Business Loan closed!!! Thanks to PW at M&T Bank for making it happen! If over winter you saw me on my laptop at the pool, I was likely working on loan documents.

April 17, 2024: Keys in hand to the building!

April 25, 2024 update: April has been filled with engineering stuff that caused a rework of the pool. New drawings are finally about done and should be submitted soon. Non pool architecture aspects are working on 2 last things and then will be ready to submit for permits. These issues have caused delays and now aiming for late Summer. The issues have also caused budget overages and so we will be need to do some fundraising soon.
