Serenity Swimming believes children and adults learning to swim is a critical life skill. We teach swim lessons in a fun, positive, and safe manner. Using our best understanding of health and science, we prioritize taking the time to develop safe swimmers. Each private swim lesson is customized and designed around individual goals allowing for focused attention and allow for faster progress.

Private 1:1 Swim Lesson

Ages 2 to 99 (age 3 is recommended)

Our private swim lessons are tailored to each swimmer’s unique needs, abilities, and goals. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to improve technique, our one-on-one instruction provides focused attention in a calm, supportive environment. With experienced, patient instructors and a flexible pace, we help swimmers build confidence and stay safe—while making sure they have fun in the water.

Note: If you need specific instructor skills (IE: ASL or special needs, adult), you can filter for that.

Baby And Me Group lesson

1 - 3 Years Old with parent in water

This fun class will incorporate song and games, while providing an intro to the pool and safety. Additional goals will be motor skill development and developing community (maybe you and your child will even meet new playmates!).

American Pediatrics recommends swim lessons for ages 1 year and older; if you desire to start younger, ask your Pediatrician first (then we can allow it).

One baby per adult. Adult should be comfortable standing in chest level water.

All children under 3 and those not potty trained for six months must wear a double diaper system with Happy Nappy on top (see policies for more info). We have them available for sale onsite if needed.

Splash Pod

Welcome to the Splash Pod!

Our Splash Pod is home to our most advanced swimmers who are interested in improving their skills, building endurance, and having a blast in the water. The Splash Pod isn’t just about swimming—it’s also dedicated to building confidence both in and out of the water, helping swimmers grow socially and develop skills that will last a lifetime.


We offer two dynamic pods to help the kids reach their personal best.

Atlantic Pod

  • Duration: 45-minute swim practice
  • Focus: Designed to build endurance, learn advanced techniques, and most importantly—have FUN! Swimmers will focus on mastering the four competitive strokes.
  • Instructor Role: Maybe on deck, leading practice and providing tips.
  • Prerequisites:
  • Comfortable swimming one length (25 yards) of freestyle with side breathing and backstroke
  • Goal: Develop strong fundamentals and confidence in all four strokes while enjoying every splash.


Pacific Pod

  • Duration: 45-minute group lesson
  • Focus: For kids who LOVE to swim! This group is all about building endurance, refining technique, and developing speed.
  • Instructor Role: Generally on deck, leading practice and providing tips.
  • Prerequisites:
  • Comfortable swimming 50 yards freestyle with side breathing and backstroke
  • Basic understanding of breaststroke and butterfly
  • Goal: Sharpen competitive strokes and performance in a fun, supportive environment.

Adult workout group

18-99 Years Old

For adults looking for a workout group with structure, socialization and accountability. An instructor on the deck will provide workout plan and technique refinement. Priority is for those adults transitioning out of private swim lessons into a more fitness based workout group. Workouts will be modified based on individual health needs/ goals. Prereqs- comfortable swimming at least one 25 yard length without stopping and comfort swimming without instructor near you.

Note: The water temp is kept warm for the kids. This group will focus on fundamentals and not times to prevent overexertion and hyperthermia.

Monday Evenings Are for WOMEN!
Start your week with strength, connection, and a splash of self-care. From 6:15 to 8:30pm (or later) we will only have women instructors, lifeguards and swimmers!
