What does closure mean?

Closures mean families do NOT have lessons normally scheduled, are NOT billed for that day, no absences need to put in, no makeup tokens generated and no family swim.

Makeup lessons/ Single day lessons

Instructors are given the choice of coming in on these closures to do makeup token lessons or single day lessons. These are typically put up on the customer portal under 1:1 single day bookings. To use a makeup token for these days, email with an option that you would that shows under the 1:1 single day that works for you. (Because of the closure, we have to put these lessons in differently)
